TRAINING: group training that includes basic fundamentals in how to effectively communicate and resolve day to day differences. Tailored for organization’s values and mission so that the ideals of the company and it’s learning of conflict resolution are congruent.

Everyone has different value systems in which we operate. For example, one value you may hold within your value system could be “respect”. Your co-worker may also have the value of “respect” as something they hold dear and is an integral part of their value system. While you both hold the same value to be important, the very definition of that value could be different, and most likely is. “Respect” could mean that you speak softly toward a person, that you say ‘hello’ when you walk into the office in the morning, and that you have an organized and clean desk. “Respect” could also mean that you speak your mind, regardless of your tone and volume, that you leave people alone to do their job, and that your projects are spread out on your desk to keep you focused on the task(s) at hand.

We all have different values and value systems, and learning how to navigate through those differences is what helps to create a more positive work environment and understanding of how to be successful together.
