Founder
President and Founder, David Hitz, has extensive experience working in the organizational development and conflict management arena. Having grown up in a family business, operated personal businesses and worked in the corporate/private sector in various roles, he has an intimate knowledge of what is needed to grow a successful and innovative organization.
To stay balanced, my family comes first, always.
Educational Experience
His undergraduate education includes a degree in Intercultural Communication, along with certificates in Entrepreneurship and Intercultural Peacebuilding. Post graduate education includes a master’s in Organizational Conflict and Dispute Resolution, and a certificate from MIT in Neuroscience for Business.
