TRAININGgroup training that includes basic fundamentals in how to effectively communicate and resolve day to day differences. Tailored for organization’s values and mission so the ideals of your company and it’s understanding of conflict resolution are congruent. Workshops for teams include neuroscience principles of neuroplasticity and real world experience on cultivating ROCKSTAR teams. How “plastic” is your team? 

 

MEDIATIONthe use of a third-party neutral in resolving disputes between parties. Some examples of this could be conflicts/disputes between co-workers, managers, co-owners/founders, officers or board members. Another application for mediation processes is the facilitation of group meetings and decision making processes, such as strategic planning meetings, board meetings, and other growth strategy groups. Negotiation is limited to cultural transitions with mergers and acquisitions.
